Welcome to The Paintbrush Party LLC . We’re so glad you’re here. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services,
including paint parties, paint kits, private events, and the sale of gifts and décor. By booking a
party, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. 💼 Business Overview
The Paintbrush Party LLC offers:
- Public and private paint party events
- DIY paint kits for at-home creativity
- Handcrafted gifts and home décor
- Custom artwork and themed party experiences
2. 🎨 Paint Party Bookings
Public Events
- Tickets must be purchased in advance through our website or approved platforms.
- All sales are final unless the event is canceled by us.
- Events may be cancelled due to no or low attendance (minimum required attendance is six participants), an emergency impacting either The Paintbrush Party LLC or the hosting venue.
- Minimum age requirements may apply depending on the venue or the chosen subject.
Private Parties
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
- Reservation / Booking fee is due within 3 days of reservation.
- Final headcount and attendee payments are due 3 days before the event.
- Travel fees may apply for events outside Pinal County.
3. 📦 Paint Kits & Products
- Paint kits and décor items are handmade and may vary slightly from photos.
- Orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via USPS.
- All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.
4. 🎁 Custom Orders
- Custom artwork or décor requires full payment upfront.
- Turnaround time will be provided at the time of order.
- No refunds on custom items once production has begun.
5. 📅 Cancellations & Refunds
- Public event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person or to a future event of the same value.
- Private party deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be allowed with 10 days’ notice.
- If we must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full
refund or credit.
6. 🖌️ Participant Conduct
- We strive to create a fun, inclusive, and respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the experience for others, without a refund.
- Each venue has its own rules, privileges, and permissions offered to their patrons. The Paintbrush Party LLC is only “using” any given facility for the benefit of hosting an event. The Paintbrush Party LLC does not have the right to change or request changes of the venue owner. Example: some venues offer a smoking section, and we may be placed in this section to host an event. Every effort will be made to minimize impact of patrons smoking during a PBP event, but we must be held harmless in these circumstances.
7. 📸 Media Release
By attending an event, you grant us permission to use photos or videos taken during the event for
promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the event.
